8 MEAL DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Almost all of us are worried about WEIGHT LOSS specially about HUMPTY TUMMY and THIGHS. We have tried so many things to reduce our Weight but almost all steps are failed.
Now I will recommend 8 Meal Diet Plan(Internationally recognised) - for Weight Loss. START FOLLOWING AND GAIN WEIGHT LOSS WITHOUT STARVATION

7am
Take small meal within 15min of waking. Include Juice, Seasonal Fruit or fresh Yogurt. Drink Water to rehydrate yourself after sleeping.

8-8:30am
Eat Breakfast within 1½hr of 1st meal. It should consist of Light Snack such as - Multigrain Roti, yogurt, Upama or Poha. It is to be Homemade (cooked in Ghee).

11am
2-3 hours after Breakfast. It should be something like you can carry easily such as - Nuts, Dry Fruits, murmura or refreshing juice.

1-2pm
Lunch should be after 2-3 hours of meal-3 (around midday). Take Lunch of either Roti or Rice, alongwith Seasonal Vegetable & Dal. You can add some amount of pickle, curd or salad. You must include GHEE. Remember the meals must remain small.

4pm
2 hours after Lunch. Take Seasonal Drink(satbat) or Buttermilk.

5-6pm
1½ hour after meal-5 it should be like Breakfast or part of your Lunch. It must be contained of sugar.

8pm
Dinner must be finished 3 hours before going to bed. It should be different of Lunch. You can take Rice or Millets(baajara) or Corn(makkai) like food with GHEE & Vegetable.

11pm
Before going to bed, take warm milk containing Ganthoda/Sunth powder

Notes:
Do not forget- Your Food must be Seasonal & Local.
Your Day must be balanced mix of protein, carbohydrates, healthy fats and fiber. 
You must Stick to Schedule, even if you don't feel hungry each time.

Important Tips -
Chew Your Food properly.
Never take Your Meal infront of TV.
Make Habit of Early to Bed & Early to Rise.
Be Active Throughout the Day.
Take Slow & Deep Breath.
Perform KAPALBHATI & UTTANPADASAN Regularly.
